Notes from Bates Area Civic Assn Meeting on July 9, 2007
These are informal observations and notes made by an observer; they are not official meeting minutes and are not comprehensive of all that transpired.
The Bates Area Civic Association (BACA) monthly meeting was run by BACA President, Jim Berry. Mr. Berry called the meeting to order at about 7:15 and made a review of the agenda, highlighting that, after a few matters of business, the meeting would focus of open discussion of community concerns. Mr. Berry provided a hard copy of CM Thomas's on-line survey, for those without internet access.
